My age is 39 & diagnose with diabetics 9 year back . My foreskin of pennies have developed cracks & itching since last three month . I have applied mycrospore cream but it not works . Also I am on Insulin - Lanctus solo star .

Shall I increase my dose ? what is the medicine for crack & itching.
