What Is The Treatment For Dense Breast Tissue?

I have recently had a mammogram & ultrasound which diagnosed dense breast tissue. I am awaiting core biopsy results. The pain I have experienced with my breast is extreme and interferes with daily life. Please advise what treatment may be offered - I just need the pain to end. Density size was 1.5 inch x 1.5 inch approximately.
