Thanks for putting your query on HCM.
I have gone through your case and I completely understand what you are going through.
If I had similar patient visiting my clinic I would have started her on low dose antidepressant like Esciatalopram 10 mg and would have gradually escalated dose if needed.These thoughts of dying without reason or any tension signify severe depression but it can be easily treated.Since you said you have great bond with your fiancee and things going good ,I would recommend you to seek treatment as soon as possible so as to make most of your good times.
