I guess I just get depressed because nobody really understands and just thinks I'm normal and the people that do know after awhile they've just become annoyd with me and act nice and stuff but I know how they really feel and it makes me upset cus I don't want to be a retard child that's a burdon on his family idk what I'm really asking but my life's just fucked up right now and I'm more and more depressed everyday
I went through your history. You had been through a rough time 6 months ago and are very lucky to have recovered from it with minor problems. The problems you are facing are small as compared to the permanent damages people face after a TBI, but nevertheless serious. Firstly, cannabis on a regular basis can worsen your depressive symptoms. As the depressive symptoms increase, you also tend to take more cannabis. The depressive symptoms and irritability can be treated with or without medications. Cognitive behavior therapy and coping skills training in your case would do wonders in benefiting you. An evaluation by a psychiatrist would let you know if you need medications or not.
Hope this helps, Dr A Rao
