Dear Dr Agarwal, with regards to your sinusitis, nasal discharge and cough it is likely that you have allergic rhinitis and post nasal drip. You could try taking regular non sedating antihistamines like Levoceterizine or Loratidine on a daily basis if your allergy symptoms are present. If you suffer from lot of nasal symptoms you could try reducing the ongoing inflammation by using Nasal steroid spray (Nasonex or Flixonase). The side effects in using nasal steroid spray mention is very minimal even on long term usage. With regards to diarrhoea after eating some food, is to try exlusion diet. If you clearly notice a particular food is causing diarrhoea, it is best to avoid it in diet. Hope this helps you.
