I have a son going on 18 that is not able to sleep at night. This has been going on for quite some time. We are at our wits end with it. My son typically falls asleep around 2am and gets up at 6. He is up crying sometimes. He will not take our advice, ie bedtime routine, no chocolate, no work out before bed. We do not have Psychiatric coverage on our health care. I was looking for a Dr. specializing in teen health. We would have to pay for visit.
