What Is The Treatment For Disc Problem?
hi ,i am preeti kumari age23 married and i have disc problem from last 7 month and my mri report says that posterocentral protrusion of L4-L5 disc and ligamentum flavum thickening mildly indenting thecal sac.so please sir suggest me treatment and homeopathy medicine for it

The exact treatment would depend on the severity of your symptoms and their correlation with MRI findings.
However, the initial treatment consists of physiotherapy and medications.
Medications such as pregabalin or gabapentin capsules would help reduce the neuropathic pain.
Physiotherapy including IFT, ultrasound, and TENS would also help. In addition, back extension exercises should be done.
