What Is The Treatment For Double Vision?

Thank you. I have 6th Nerve Palsy of my left eye and need a NeuroOpthamologist as soon as I can that will
take my health insurance. I live in the Chandler area and this has come upon me suddenly and now have had
load of tests and the outcome is double vision and crossed eye, but no doctor that treats this problem. I would like a NeuroOpthomalogist Specialist MD.

I need a NeuroOpthamologist MD , who will take my insurance and not just give an opinion of what
it may be. I know I have double vision -now-as it was explained that my right eye gets crossed to help the left eye work. I was not aware my eye was crossed until my family told me. Space and
positions of things are now are challenge to me. I want recommendations for the proper Doctor.

Sixth nerve palsy is most common. It can be congenital due to birth trauma subsequent trauma cranial tumor . Treatment can be surgical opthoptic.First diagnosis is to be made to find out the cause. Aim of treatment is to stop diplopia. It is to be seen compensated head tilt is there or not. Some correction can be made by prismatic correction. If scope of surgical correction is there it will be cosmetic only.Neuro ophthalmologist and Neuro surgeon should see your case.
