Physical Therapist or Physiotherapist 's  Response
Hello,

As there is no head control we need a neurological examination under a neurologist. Maybe an MRI spine and brain will be required to rule out the possible causes.

Usually, in such cases, physiotherapy is advised as the muscles need retraining of the same. With stabilization and strengthening exercises, there will be changes on the head control and overall gait mechanism.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
