What Is The Treatment For Drug Addiction ?

I have a concern that a friend my be using drugs again. Before he got treatment he use to go to the bathroom after each meal and didn't even eat much. Maybe this has nothing to do with drugs but it's the samething he did before he entered treatment and it stopped when he came out.
