Suggest Treatment For Drug Addiction

I am a recovering addict who has been clean since 2011 I have also been under treatment with a river oaks doctor at bio behavrial resources on Wabash street in Metairie I get a call today stating he is leaving and was given no other alternative so I need to find a psychiatrist or addiction doctor who can wirte suboxone and seraquel as well as lisinipril and also takes my insurance please help
