What Is The Treatment For Dry Patches On Face?
I have dry patches on my face that won't go away they've been on my face for about 2 weeks now I've tried different moisturizers and used a moisturizing bar to wash my face with even tried eczema cream nothing is working please help I also wear a scarf out everyday to protect from cold air!

Hi dry patches on the face are mainly sue to xerosis of the skin.vitamin a deficiiency can aggrevate the patches.
Use of emolene cream twice daily application followed by application of steriod ointment over the dry patches along with cetaphil cleansing lotion and vitamin a and e supplementation can cure the condition

The best way is to apply petroleum jelly like vaseline.
Dont apply steroids they may harm you.
You can also try covering your face whenever possible.
