Hello, im wondering what this is.

I have very dry skin on my back/shoulder area and i got this "rash or whatever it is" about 3 days ago on my left shoulder and it got worse very quickly. I have a bunch of little bumps with clear puss "im guessing it puss" in it and i popped them this morning "which now i wish i didn't do because it hurts alot now". The "rash" is pretty itchy also.

I started using some anti bacterial liquid called "hibiclens" and the redness has dropped a bit, but the little bumps with puss keep forming. I have also been using extra hydrating lotion after i have washed the area with the anti-bacterial liquid. Im asking this here because i currently dont have insurance so i cant afford the bills to see a doctor.

I have also noticed these two bumps on my neck "left side near the ( rash )" and im wondering what this is. It kind of feels like the two bumps are connected together and if you actually put your hands on it, its kind of deep and wide.

I have never had these things before in my life and i would really appreciate your feedback and how i would go about to get these things "fixed".
