As per your complain itching in ear, along with reduced hearing and pus discharge seems to be due to ear infection and due to accumulation of pus which is a viscous and comparatively thick fluid there is fluid behind ear drum and it causes reduced hearing.. The black thing that came out of ear can be dirt and debris that gets accumulated in ear while it can also be blood clot which can occur due to mild bleeding secondary to infection.. You should consult an Otolaryngologist and get evaluated and an otoscopic examination can help in diagnosis and treatment can be planned accordingly. For infection in ear antibiotics oral as well as ear drops, painkiller like Ibuprofen, decongestant nasal sprays and pus drainage from the ear can help in faster clearing of infection..
