Good evening Mam. The symptoms you are describing are probably irritable bowel syndrome. It is a condition which is related to stress which causes disturbance in the intestine movement but there is no problem with the intestine structure. You can have multiple symptoms of bloating, diarrhea, constipation. You should consult your gastroenterologist once. He will be able to guide you further regarding treatment strategies. But try avoiding stress and getting adequate sleep. Hope the information was useful
