Hello doctor ,my daughter is 3.9 yrs recently she is diagnosed with enlarged adenoids ,I want to know apart from surgery can that be treated through medication and I heard after 6 yrs of age that will shrink ' can it be treated till 6 yrs with medication itself.. treatment of choice for ch adenoiditis iwhich causing ear block, sleep disordered breathing, moth breathing is adenoidectomy . if it is a acute case , u can wait.
