I am 33 years old man. I have non alcoholic fatty liver. My ALT increased 72 to 225. All reports are normal lipid profile is normal hepatitis is negative but alt increased day by day. What treatment should be applied to control ALT permanently. Can fatty liver become normal again and reverse? My liver is a mild enlarged in size. You have fatty liver.... With proper life style habits yes fatty liver can be reverted .....it takes 6 to 8 month to revert fully....
Following are some good advise regarding your case.
Loose weight if overweight. Cutt off oil in cooking. Tranfat foods avoided like cheese, burger , pizza , meat , baked pestries etc.... Refined food avoided. Fruits more. Sunflower , canola like good oil is to be used. Avoid alcohol....
In stead of refined sugar honey can be used.
Regular exercise done .... In lunch and inner include salad made of carrot, tomato and green leafy veg
