Endocrinologist 's  Response
Hello,

The lab results you described has neither to do with pulmonary cancer nor with the enlarged thyroid gland. You need a neck ultrasound and a chest X-ray.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Mirjeta Guni, Endocrinologist
