hi, urinary bladder normal, the uterus is grossly enlarged with multiple large hypoechoic lesion which are subserosal and intramural. The largest is 9.2*10.7*11.6cm in the fundus. The endometrium is of normal thickness but displaced anteriorly. The ovaries can't not be visualised. No free fluid seen in the pelvis.
