Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Hello, I am 25, male. I have been sexually active only for a month now. I keep losing my erection during sex and I think it might be because I usually can t feel anything. I am able to maintain a strong erection during foreplay and oral sex but during penetration I get flacid. I should also mention that my foreskin does not slip back. How do I go about dealing with my problem?
It is not uncommon to have erectile dysfunction at this young as and there may be several reasons including psychological and as in your case, functional impotence.
There are so many formulations available such as sildenafil which will certainly help with your erectile problem.
But you need to consult your doctor first before starting with any of the ED medicine who may check your testosterone levels before establishing a diagnosis.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
Regards,
Dr Prabhash Verma, General & Family Physician
