Sir, My age s 29, weekly 2 or 3 times i used to do masturbation. Now i felt something difrnt in my penis erection. Before it was strong and full length (fully come out). But now it s normal length and strength also reduced compared my old experience during masturbation. And also Daily morning i felt urinal feel with penis erection but now a days i felt only the urinal feel. my penis is not erecting at morning time. Due to this i can't sleep. pls advice me. is it normal? or i ll go for medical check up??? Pls
