am male 44 yrs, suffering from fever ranging from 98.7 to 102.9 since 8.1.2014. Having body ache. Medication crocin, ezyphirine, allegra apart from Galvus 50 Mg, Glyree M2, Mecofol-plus. please suggest...... expecting reply at YYYY@YYYY

Fever is usually caused by the infection, may be bacterial, or viral, or bacterial over viral or allergic reaction.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms cifixime, phenylefrine, citrizine, paracetamol, etc.
