What Is The Treatment For Fever And Stomach Infection?

My daughter is 21 months old and weight around 10.2 KG. She was suffering from high fever and running nose and we gave her Crocin and Sinarest syrup to control the fever and running nose however, she is complaining of stomach ache and have had 6 to 7 loose motions. Doctor suggest to add Nutrolin B & Taxim-0 to take care of any stomach infection. Please advise if these two additional medicines can be given to her.
