hi.. i am 26 years old female....married but not had intercorse yet...i am diagnosed with right ovarian follicular cyst and left ovary heterotexture mass 3.8into 3.5cm in size.i want toknow its treatment and i also want to know if it can affect my ferility???

Generally this size and type of cyst can be followed up for 3 months .
ANtibiotic treatment maybe given.
If it fails to resolve, surgery is the option.
