my dad is 59 and his feet feel so cold they hurt so bad he can hardly walk, not cold to the touch and no color change he wears socks and shoes ALL the time even when he sleeps the pain gets nearly unbearable. hes not diabetic but is prescribed lisinopril 10mg for blood pressure any info would be much appreciated
