My Husband is 35 years old and he came home today complaining about headache
I checked his BP it was 140 by 90
He took Paracetamol and his headache slightly got better but again he feels pain and when again I checked his BP it was 152 by 85
What can I do for him

The history seems to be improper as many people in India generally relate any kind of headache to high blood pressure. Your husband might have some kind of stress headache which got relieved after you gave him paracetamol. As the stress relieved, the blood pressure which was high immediately reduced. I will ask you to put some caution and get him completely assessed by a neurologist or a PMR specialist.
