What Is The Treatment For Heart Disease And Numbness In The Hands?

im a 24 year old male with heart disease that runs in my family, my father has had 3 heart attacks in 6 years and hes only 49, i check my blood pressure today and its 145/93 and my bpm is 101, i have numbness in my hands and im dizzy, is there cause for concern or am i just freaking out because of the history of heart disease in my family?

I suggest you to relax for some time.
Then you check your BP and heart rate.
