Hi welcome to HCM
Do not worry.Anxiety will exacerbate your symptoms.Dont be panic.Continue with your BP medication.Monitor your Bp reguarly if its not under control even after using your medication, speak to your doctor regarding increasing the dosage of your present drugs or addition of new drugs.Get an ECG and 2D Echo to rule out any coronary artery disease.Take fibr rich diet with high protein low fat diet.Eat fruits like pomogranate, apple, vegetable salads.Continue exercisng.if your Triglycerides are still high after 6weeks ,drugs like fenofibrates will be helpful.Consult your cardiologist for expert management.
Thankyou.
