i have high blood pressure, i think because i have been consuming alcohol for 2 years continously. i have cut down alcohol, and started medicine also, the too i feel very uncomfortable. i feel drowsy all time i feel lost. can you please suggest how do i solve this problem.

It is really needed to control your blood pressure. For that you need to visit a doctor and check your blood pressure 1. Postural variation is important. Check your blood pressure in lying and sitting posture. 2. Check whether systolic and diastolic pressures are high 3. check whether there is increase in the heart rate.
You can get treated, as there are so many medicines available. 1. Calcium channel blockers like amlodepine 2. Betablockers like atenelol 3. ARB like telmisartan 4. ACe inhibitors like ramipril.
