What Is The Treatment For Hole In Ear Drum?

my wife just came home from our regular doctor and said they told her that she has a hole in her ear drum which is in her good ear her bad ear she only has 20% hearing out of it we need a good ear doctor in Barberton ohio or close any recomanditaions

hello and welcome to health care magic,

You need to understand that the only treatment for a hole in the drum is an ear surgery but if the ear with the hole is the better hearing ear then it should be done only if very very necessary.

In any case you must get an audiometry testing along with HRCT of the temporal bones done and get back to me or any ENT with the report so that a proper treatment plan can be done
