Hi....

Welcome to healthcare magic.

As per your complain you have problem in sleeping that may be because of tension or other condition.

For proper sleep do some lifestyle modifications like...

Fix a time of sleeping and wake up time.
At night time avoid use of mobile and tv .

Do some relaxation excercise like listening music or reading.

Take a warm water bath at night time.
Avoid tea and coffee at night time.

Depression and tension affected your sleep.
Don't take fatty meal at night.

Do a morning excercise more than to 20 minutes.
After taking this much care still symptoms are present than consent psychiatrist for further treatment.

I hope my guidance helpful to you..
Take care.

Thank you.
