For proper sleep do some lifestyle modifications like...
Fix a time of sleeping and wake up time.
At night time avoid use of mobile and tv .
Do some relaxation excercise like listening music or reading.
Take a warm water bath at night time.
Avoid tea and coffee at night time.
Depression and tension affected your sleep.
Don't take fatty meal at night.
Do a morning excercise more than to 20 minutes.
After taking this much care still symptoms are present than consent
psychiatrist for further treatment.
