Hi I am 27 years old, 170 pounds. I have noticed something I think is the vein leading from my scrotum to the head of my penis a bit highlighted or swollen you might say. It seems bruised. It itches slightly occasionally. There is no burning during urination or discharge. I am uncircumcised. Some times I am having sex and i feel a slight twinge or itch during intercourse. Is this related to what I am experiencing? Need your help
