What Is The Treatment For Itchy Rashes On The Legs And Thighs?

Hello, I am having a severe case of itching, rash and possibly small warts. This area is where my legs meet my pubic bone. This area stays wet due to sweat. I don t have any symptoms of yeast infection and no sex. I have tried using medicated powder to keep the area dry, but it s a temporary fix. Is it time to visit my gun?
