Hi,I am Dr. Gopal Goel (Orthopaedic Surgeon). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I am a 47 year old Indian woman. My kness hurt after certain exercises especially while climbing stairs. But they don't always hurt. What should I do? My x rays show only very early stages of arthritis. I made the mistake of resuming my jogging after a break of 4 years.
I had gone through the case and found that if there is early stage of arthritis then take medicine like Calcium and any lubricant for joint. Normally if there is menopause then might be deficient of Calcium due to hormonal changes.
Also go for vitamin D3 blood investigation and take vitamin D 60,000 once a weak. Do mild exercise and normal walk.
Hope my answer will be effective for you.
Thanks
