What Is The Treatment For Knee Problems?

i laying on my side when i got up i could not bear weight on it or straighten it. if i try to walk,and i can keep my heel up off floor while waling i barely can get around with aid of cane. other wise i can not walk. i already have knee problems. i will need a replacement soon

Welcome to HCM.
It all depends on what disease you have and since how long.
If you have severe osteoarthritis you might need a total knee replacement.
If you have a ligament tear it can be repaired by arthoscooy.
You have not mentioned what is yiur age , sex , duration of your illness. How it started.
I advise you to meet an orthopaedic surgeon , he would review you and if required get an imaging followed by appropriate treatment.
