Hi,
Lichen planus pigmentosus is a chronic pigmetary condition where the skin is deeply pigmented and hence all type of medical therapy appears to be unsuccessful. In my opinion the most important part is to reduce the sun exposure at its best. Wear full sleeves clothes and cover the body with clothes. On face apply good quality sunscreen. Eat a best of nutritious diet.
In medical therapy you can apply- hydroquinone or kojic acid or azelaic acid under dermatological guidance.
