ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hello,
You should consult your operating surgeon.
After implant surgery , a revision implant surgery can be done in addition you can also get done a arytenoid adduction surgery .
The combined surgery is a better option then plane implant surgery.
This gives a better voice and prevents aspiration also.
Consult your doctor and discuss with him.
In doubt do reply.
