Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks and welcome to HCM .
Low grade fever for last 10 days suggest that it may be chronic respiratory tract infection , chronic urinary tract infection or it may be a serious disease like Tuberculosis .
It is difficult to come to a conclusion without physical examination and investigation ..
Better consult a pediatrician and get to the correct diagnosis before giving treatment .
Hope this reply is OK for you.
Further queries invited .
