I was cleaning my microwave the other day and I started getting lower left back pain know it has moved over to my right lower back it really hurts at times and iam also starting to feel sick to my stomach and a get a warm feeling in my stomach and some times it feels like pins and needs in my prive area that only happen once so don't know if that's part in it

Hello, Thanks for your query. The following measures will help with the pain • Lie on a hard bed. • Anti -inflammatory drugs like Tablet Motrin or Brufen 1 tablet as and when required ( do not repeat a dose before 6 hours) with food will help relieve the pain. • Correct your posture while sitting • Avoid prolonged sitting • Avoid strenuous activity & lifting heavy weights. • Apply diclofenac gel on the affected area.
