I have noted your symptoms and MRI brain findings.
First of all, I would like to reassure you that there is no need to worry about your MRI findings.
I agree with your doctor that these findings could be normal with ageing.
In any case, there is no specific treatment for
microangiopathy. The treatment is mainly preventive, such as keeping the bP, sugar and
cholesterol within normal limits.
You should continue taking
aspirin tablets.
For headache relief, you could take
diclofenac or
ibuprofen tablets.
