What Is The Treatment For Migraine During Pregnancy And Can Dolopar Tablet Affect Babie's Devolopment?
Hi doctor am 14 weeks pregnant and for the past 2 days am sufeering from migraen head ache and severe vomitting. I took dolopar tablet without consulting ma doctor. Still am not relived from this pain and vomitting and also am afraid whether dolopar will affect ma babies development and health. Pls help me out of this

Hi. Dolopar ( combination of paracetamol and metoclopramide) is safe during pregnancy.If you are not yet releived then you can have tob.Dolo650mg tds and Stemetil 5mg tds.Also get your Fundus ex. to know the cause of headache. You may Take Ondansetron, mouth dissolving tablet if need be for vomiting not releived by Stemetil.
