Your colonoscopy normal so mostly no organic cause present.... Moving on toward your liver enzymes then let me know you temporary some infection can lead elevated liver enzymes.... Ex ..mononucleasosis , cytomegalovirus infection or Epstein Barr virus like infection. Fatty liver also can lead elevation of it.... Hepatitis viral also lead elevated enzymes and its resolution lead normal level.... Maintain healthy and balanced diet... If any unusual clinical feature then further investigation done....
