What is the treatment for for multiple myoma nodules ranging from 2.0-5.4 cm, occupying the anterior and posterior walls of a bulky and introverted uterus. There is another pendunculated nodules of size 4.7 x4.8cm arising from the Findlay wall.submenus nodules of size 1.7x1.6 notching the cavity. No evidence of intra or extrauterine gestation or product of conception.No ovarian cyst.ovaries are normal in size and stromal echoes.nothing in the pouch of Douglas
Hi I think you are having multiple fibroids in your uterus. If you have heavy bleeding during periods or irregular periods or pain during periods, you may need some hormonal treatment for that. If it doesn't work, you may need myomectomy or hysterectomy if you don't want pregnancy. Hope it helps.
