What Is The Treatment For Nasal Septal Deviation And High BP?
Hi, I am suffering from Nasal septal Deviation(DNS right), with inferior turbinate hypertrophy and presence of bilateral concha bullosa. My CT PNS has revealed this. All my sinuses are normal. I am using otrivin drops from last 7-8 years regularly and as a side effect has developed high BP which remains at 140/90. I want to treat my nasal problem. Please suggest treatment . Thanks!!

Hi.
First of all stop Otrivin nasal drops to come out of the dependency you have developed. Get operated for concha bullosa to reduce its size and get your DNS corrected by Surgery at the same time. your problems may be over and even the medicines for hypertension may not be needed.
