What Is The Treatment For Nausea And Diarrhea?

Good Morning. My name is Lauren & I've never used this website before. This is the 2nd time in 2 weeks I've had a sulfur/rotten egg taste in my mouth when I burp (which is more burping than usual) accompanied by nausea & diarrhea. Assumed food poisoning the 1st time, but now I'm not sure what it is. The 1st time this happened a couple weeks ago the sulfur/egg taste started to subside after I thew up. Haven't thrown up this morn, but have nausea.

Thanks for your query.
Noted the history sulfur/rotten egg taste in mouth on burping, nausea and diarrhea for the second time in 2 weeks, assumed to be food poisoning.
As per the history you have provided, this looks to be gastroenteritis and since this is repeated in 2 weeks you have had not recovered from the previous attack.
I would advise you the following in such a situation:
Get the stool, blood and urine tested.
Get started on a proper antibiotic, metronidazole and probiotics.
PPI like Omeprazole, Domperidone for nausea and vomiting.
Plenty of oral fluids and electrolyte solution to maintain hydration and electrolyte balance.
If required get admitted for intravenous fluids, antibiotics.
Get the complete course of antibiotics.
Use boiled and cooled water.
Eat only home-made fresh foods.
