I have bitterness in my mouth and everything i eat or drink tastes mosly bitter i have too much cough as well and had been vomiting lately like 5-6 times everything i ate and felt natious all th time especially when i ate, but that has stopped. I had diarrea 2 times and it started again today.
1) You might have severe gastritis related indigestion which cause vomiting and diarrhea. 2) Most common cause for such severe gastritis is H.Pylori infection in last part of stomach. 3) Another possibility for having these symptoms is food-poisoning related gastro-enteritis. 4) You need treatment to control frequency of vomiting and diarrhea. Also need supportive treatment to prevent dehydration. 5) In parallel to this, you might require upper GI endoscopy for confirmation of disease if your symptoms not improve with treatment. (Consider endoscopy when your condition is stable).
