What Is The Treatment For Non Progressive Hydrocephalus?

My son has been diagnosed with mild, non-progressive hydrocephalus. He was born with meningocele for which he was operated on the third day of his life. Since then he is undergoing regular checkups and tests to monitor him in case if he develops hydrocephalus. He is one year, two months old. Some of the doctors we have seen so far have suggested going for a VP Shunt surgery, others have suggested endoscopic third-ventriculostomy and some others have suggested that we should just continue to monitor closely and not go for the surgery right now.
My husband and I would like our son to be examined by a neurosurgeon at NIMHANS and Dr. B A Chandramouli (who was earlier associated with NIMHANS) and get their opinion on his condition.
Could you please :
a) Provide the contact details of Dr. Chandramouli, or details of which hospital/institute he works for now?
b) Recommend a neurosurgeon at NIMHANS we could see for my son's problem?
Any help on this would be highly appreciated.

Thanks a lot,
Maitrayee.
