What Is The Treatment For Pain And Frequency In Urination?
MY AGE IS 60. WEIGHT 72 KG. HEIGHT 1.80M. I AM WORKING AND HEALTHY.
MY URINATION FREQUENCY HAS GONE UP TOO MUCH, AND IT'S PAINFUL WHEN PASSING URINE.
I NEVER HAD TO WAKE UP IN THE NIGHT TO PASS URINE IN THE PAST. NOW I MUST PASS URINE ABOUT 6 TIMES DURING THE NIGHT. DAYTIME IS SIMILAR.

Your symptoms: pain when passing urine,frequent urinating at the night.
Since you have not mentioned your gender I will give the most probable cause of these symptoms.
If you are a male patient: the symptoms that you describe correlate with benign prostate hyperplasia, urinary tract infection,or even diabetes....
If you are a female patient,than we will rule out the benign prostate hyperplasia.
Tests need to be done to determine the reason.If I was your caring doctor I would recommend an ultrasound of your urinary tract,an urine test,a blood sugar test and a PSA (in the case of a male patient)
These tests will be able to give us a diagnose in most of the cases.After the tests are done,you might need to consult an urologist,an endocrinologist ect.
