Hello Doctor , I’m a 23r year old (female) student and i have pain in right side of Trapezius body part since last 8 years and the muscle of Trapezius area got hard in comparison to other left side of Trapezius and this pain has spread in whole right hand and back side have swelled . And I’m in great pain ,i can't sit and write for long duration .It look like nerve problem to me ,please guide me i don't know what type of treatment should i take.
