What Is The Treatment For Pain Caused In Anal Area As A Result Of Lumps In Anus?

Female age 26, height 160 cm weight 60 kg. present with an anal growth from the about 0.4cm on 6 '0' clock position, it appears 7 to 8 months before.at time of presentation pain on that lump and then pain goes,after that pain comes 1 or 2 times in between,warm water wash can relieve pain.no pain on passing stools now.no discomfort feel. Now minor blood stain noted from the anal region after urination on the tissue paper, it happens from 1 month, not everyday. It seems like fresh blood stain.And bleeding comes before a week of strainfull passage of stool.No weight loss, no fatigue,no constipation, no diarrhea and no anal pain seen.

Welcome to the HCM,
Probably you have developed sentinel piles/ external hemorrhoids. It requires some antiinflammatory along with antibiotics. Seitz bath (sitting in the luke warm water mixed with some antiseptic lotion) will help you a lot.
General surgeon to be consulted in case of non relief.
